When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. AlphaFamily reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and processed. Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled. 4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at checkout is the price in effect at the time of order. Prices listed do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless otherwise noted.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and account information and to update it as needed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

5. Shipping and Delivery

For physical merchandise fulfilled through third-party providers such as Printify, shipping times and availability may vary. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AlphaFamily is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once a product is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

5A – Digital Products and Services

All digital products—including downloads, devotionals, guides, audio, video, PDFs, e-books, and other digital materials—are delivered electronically and are considered final sale once payment is processed. Because of the nature of digital goods, AlphaFamily does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital purchases under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to the product and waive any right to cancellation or refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection are compatible with the digital products or services you purchase. AlphaFamily does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or platforms.

All digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or resell any digital files or materials, whether in whole or in part, without prior written permission from AlphaFamily.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services—including text, images, graphics, video, design, and logos—is owned by AlphaFamily or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables AlphaFamily to provide e-commerce functionality. However, purchases are made directly with AlphaFamily, not Shopify. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions or products sold by AlphaFamily.
